National and international shipping and delivery policies.

1. Shipping Products
MARVILLA will send the purchased products to the address specified by the customer at the time of purchase. Once payment has been made, changes to the shipping address will not be permitted.

2. Transport Companies
Products will be shipped and delivered by MARVILLA or by third parties, hereinafter referred to as "Shipping Companies". By accepting these policies, the customer agrees to be bound by the Shipping Companies' delivery policies, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions of Use.

3. Delivery Time
Delivery time will start counting from the confirmation of payment by the bank or online payment platforms. Delivery times indicated on the website or provided by MARVILLA Stores are estimates and may vary due to logistical reasons or force majeure. In the event that delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, MARVILLA will not assume any responsibility.

4. Export
The customer or importer is responsible for any additional costs that may arise during the import process of the purchased products. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Import Taxes: Imported products may be subject to local, national or international taxes, depending on the tax laws of each country. These taxes may include, but are not limited to, Value Added Tax (VAT), import duties and other levies that are applied when goods enter the country.
  • Storage Costs: In the event that the products are not removed from the Transport Company's facilities or customs warehouse on time, the customer may incur storage charges. These costs will vary depending on the Transport Company's policies and the customs regulations of the corresponding country.
  • Customs Detentions: In some cases, customs may detain products for review or inspection, which may result in additional costs. These costs may include inspection fees or any other charges imposed by customs authorities.
  • Customs Management: If the client decides to hire a customs agent to facilitate the importation of the products, all fees and costs related to this service will be the responsibility of the client.

MARVILLA does not provide specific advice on the customs or tax regulations of each country. Therefore, it is the importer's responsibility to research and comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the import process. We recommend that the customer consult with local customs authorities or an international trade expert to ensure compliance with all tax and customs obligations. By making a purchase, the customer agrees that he or she is aware of these responsibilities and that MARVILLA will not be responsible for any additional costs that may arise during the import process.

5. Product Verification
It is recommended that the customer check the integrity and quality of the products upon delivery. If the customer receives a damaged or broken product, they must send a photograph of the packaging and the affected product to the email ventas@marvilla.mx, along with their customer service request within a maximum period of 5 calendar days.

6. Shopping in Physical Stores
For products purchased and delivered in MARVILLA physical stores, the customer must ensure that the product received meets their expectations and is in perfect condition, since changes and returns are not accepted.

These policies are designed to ensure a clear and satisfactory shopping experience for our customers. If you have any questions or need more information, please feel free to contact us at our email hola@marvilla.mx
